The Panel on Antiretroviral Guidelines for Adults and Adolescents (the Panel) updated the Guidelines for the Use of Antiretroviral Agents in Adults and Adolescents With HIV. Note: Bictegravir/lenacapavir (Bixlenvo) was approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in August 2026. The Panel is reviewing the available information for a future update.
