With the ever changing nature of social media and other digital communications, organizations that are addressing the HIV epidemic must continually stay update on the most effective ways to share content with audience. If you are attending the upcoming 2018 SYNChronicity conferenceExit Disclaimer (April 22-24), you have an opportunity to speak to one of our experts about your social media strategy and to get your specific social media questions answered. Learn more about this activity below.

If you’re not attending the conference (or after the conference), check out Virtual Office Hours, our year-round, phone-based version of the technical assistance lab. Book an appointment that works for you. Our team will provide personalized answers to all your digital communication questions. For an appointment, visit Virtual Office Hours.

Here’s what a past lab and Virtual Office Hours participant says about this upcoming social media technical assistance opportunity:

“You are fortunate to have the opportunity of attending the social media lab. Be assured that you will experience outstanding mentoring and patient tutelage even for non-techies. We did. And we are most grateful.” - Robert G. Becker, MBA, MS, Director, LOY/Center for Healthy Living, New York.

This lab provides a chance for attendees to ask social media questions in a one to one session with an expert from the HIV.gov team. The lab is for anyone, be they newcomers who need help getting started with social media, or more advanced users ready to enhance their current strategy. For example, you can talk about staffing for social media use, or evaluation. Or maybe you’re wondering how to navigate changing tools, how to use social media effectively, and how to stay up-to-date on current best practices. Bring us whatever social media questions you’ve got!
