ACE: Access, Care & Engagement TA Center

In this webinar, which takes place May 26, 2:00 – 3:00 pm ET, participants will learn about Medicare eligibility and the enrollment pathways for people with HIV. Presenters will describe each of the parts of Medicare (A, B, C, and D) and what they cover, the differences between Original Medicare and Medicare Advantage, and Medicare prescription drug coverage. The session will use knowledge checks to reinforce concepts and showcase complementary ACE TA tools that can support case managers and enrollment assisters in their work with clients.

This training webinar will be especially useful to program managers, case managers, and other staff that conduct outreach, benefits counseling, and enrollment activities, as well as the recipient staff that support these programs.

The webinar is the first of a two-part series. The second webinar will take place on June 9. The series is presented by the HRSA HAB-supported ACE TA Center.
