A new analysisExit Disclaimer by the Kaiser Family FoundationExit Disclaimer in conjunction with researchers at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) provides the first national estimates of the expected impact of the Affordable Care Act's coverage expansions on people with HIV. It is based on nationally representative data from the CDC’s Medical Monitoring Project (MMP), a surveillance project designed to learn more about the experiences and needs of people who are receiving care for HIV.
