• Making Measurable Progress to HealthCare.gov: The HealthCare.gov team continues to work around the clock to improve the HealthCare.gov user experience and is making measurable progress, including improving response time (how fast the system responds to users’ requests) from an average of 8 seconds at launch to under one second for most users.
• Three Tips to Remember When You Create a Marketplace Account: The HealthCare.gov team has made upgrades to assist those who experienced initial problems setting up Marketplace accounts on HealthCare.gov and encourages Americans to try again to create their Marketplace accounts.
• Americans Are Getting Covered Thanks to the Affordable Care Act: Thanks to the ACA, Americans all over the country are enrolling in affordable health coverage. Many were unable to get insurance before and many others are signing up for new plans that offer better coverage than what they had before, often at lower costs. The White House highlights personal stories of Americans who now have access to high-quality, affordable coverage.
