AAALI organizations National Council of Negro WomenExit Disclaimer and the Congressional Black Caucus FoundationExit Disclaimer, along with the Community Education GroupExit Disclaimer will host their 6th Annual National HIV Testing Day event from 10: 00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This event, which will offer free, confidential HIV testing, will also provide other health-related information to residents of the Washington-DC area, and will be broadcast live on WHUR 96.3 FM.

These are just a few of many activities happening across the nation around NHTD to promote HIV awareness. We encourage each of you to search this list of local NHTD events to find events that are happening near you, and to register your own events. Whether by hosting in-person events or by amplifying online messages, partnerships can encourage individuals to know their HIV status and take steps to foster their own health and well being.
