PACHA Passes Two Spirit and Transgender Resolutions and Discusses the Stigma Index

The Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS and the impact of stigma and discrimination in the HIV/AIDS community.

HIV.gov had the opportunity to sit down with a few of the presenters to have a conversation about the issues they addressed at the meeting.
