Our coverage from the 22nd International AIDS ConferenceExit Disclaimer (AIDS 2018) in Amsterdam continued today with Harold Phillips, Director of the Office of HIV/AIDS Training and Capacity Development within the HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) at the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). In addition to providing care services to over half a million people living with HIV in the United States through HAB's (Ryan White AIDS Program, HRSA/HAB also plays a role in the global response to HIV through PEPFAR. During our live interview on Facebook, Mr. Phillips discussed both the domestic and international response to HIV, fielded viewer questions,  and addressed other topics, such as HRSA/HAB's efforts to reach youth and Black gay and bisexual men living with HIV.
