As we enter the last days of 2013, we at HIV.gov are aware that the recent observance of World AIDS Day generated widespread reflection on the progress and challenges of responding to the HIV epidemic in the United States and around the globe.

Today, we are releasing a video in which Dr. Howard Koh, U.S. Assistant Secretary for Health, reflects on encouraging results from the implementation of the National HIV/AIDS Strategy and describes the HIV care continuum initiative. He also highlights federal resources that support the movement towards an AIDS-free generation.
