As the 2018 U.S. Conference on AIDS (USCA) gets started, HIV.gov kicked off our coverage with a conversation between Kaye Hayes, the Executive Director of the Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS at HHS, and the Deputy Director of the Office of HIV/AIDS and Infectious Disease Policy at HHS and Antigone Dempsey, the Director of the Division of Policy and Data at HRSA. They discussed Ryan White Program, the importance of data  and USCA. Ms. Dempsey also shared the personal impact of the treatment as prevention messaging has had on her own life. Watch the video.
