On Monday, June 23, the Kaiser Family Foundation (KFF) will host a live town hall forum with Ambassador Deborah L. Birx, M.D., the new Global AIDS Coordinator. Amb. Birx will lay out her vision for the next phase of the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) in supporting efforts to achieve an AIDS-free generation. The session will be moderated by Jen Kates, a Foundation vice president and director of global health and HIV policy, and provide an opportunity for interactive engagement with the new Ambassador.
