Today the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) unveiled the HHS Action Plan to Reduce Racial and Ethnic Health Disparities (PDF 2MB). This document will serve as a road map for eliminating health and health care disparities for racial, ethnic and other underserved communities.
