As we enter a new year, I encourage you to listen to a conversation between Howard K. Koh, MD, MPH, Assistant Secretary for Health at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and Ronald O. Valdiserri, MD, MPH, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Health, Infectious Diseases, and Director of the Office of HIV/AIDS and Infectious Disease Policy as they sat down in advance of World AIDS Day 2012 to discuss the progress made thus far in implementing the National HIV/AIDS Strategy (NHAS) and what we need to do to achieve the goal of an AIDS-free generation.

Happy New Year, and we look forward to the opportunity to bring you information on Federal resources and programs. Please follow the HIV.gov blog in 2013!
