At the conclusion of their plenary session at the recent 2013 U.S. Conference on AIDS, Dr. Grant Colfax, Director of the White House Office of National AIDS Policy (ONAP) had the opportunity to visit with some of the federal HIV/AIDS leaders who presented during a plenary session that explored how implementation of the Affordable Care Act is supporting efforts to improve HIV prevention, care, and treatment and achieve the goals of the National HIV/AIDS Strategy.
